This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), goal, plan of interest and message.

Review form: first name and last name initial, email (not published), type of coaching, rating and review.

Browsing: on each visit, the host automatically records technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the site secure and running.

This website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics tools and no trackers.

Purposes

Your data is only used to answer your requests, organise any coaching and, for reviews, to verify and publish them if you agreed. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Legal basis (GDPR): your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Recipients and transfers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Forms are sent through the Web3Forms service and received by email (Google, Gmail). These providers may process data outside Switzerland; they commit to appropriate safeguards (Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

If you contact me via WhatsApp, Instagram or Strava, those services’ privacy policies apply.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years after our last exchange, unless coaching begins. Published reviews stay online until you ask for their removal.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent (for example to remove your review), by writing to tmr.prepaphysique@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) or, in the European Union, with your supervisory authority.

Health data

During coaching, information about your health (injuries, medical history) may be needed. It is only collected with your consent, in a direct exchange, and never through the website forms. Please do not include any in the contact form.
